Why I Created CT4Training & Development
With over 20 years in the corporate world — from leading global staff and management development between London and Miami, to supporting 50+ UK franchise businesses with multi-million-pound targets — I’ve seen what truly drives performance and profitability.

When life changed, I realised I no longer had the time to dedicate to someone else’s business. So, I built my own — first as a training company, then expanding to support small business owners.
With 30 years’ experience as a manager, trainer, director, and business owner myself, I now help others navigate business with confidence, direction, and support.
After years of leading training programmes responsible for revenue in the tens of millions, I now share the same principles that grow global brands to help transform smaller businesses.

1. Discover What’s Working (and What’s Not)
We start with an in-depth Zoom consultation to review your current situation — what’s working well, what’s not, and where you’d like to be.
This includes a simple SWOT-style review (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges) to clarify your priorities and identify immediate wins.


2. Build a Plan That Fits You
After our first meeting, I’ll create a practical plan tailored to your business.
This may include strategies for marketing, sales, team development, leadership, or operational systems — depending on your goals and stage of growth.
You’ll know exactly what to focus on and how we can move forward together.
3. Make Sure It’s the Right Fit
You’ll have time to review the plan and decide if the approach feels right for you.
We’ll discuss whether we’re a good fit to work together — and if not, that’s perfectly OK.
It’s important that the process feels collaborative and comfortable from the start.


4. Keep the Momentum Going
For ongoing clients, we meet for a minimum of one call per month, with online messaging and additional sessions arranged depending on what project we’re working on.
This structure gives time for consistent progress, accountability, and measurable results — without pressure or overwhelm.
